A Luxury Mexican Market Experience for IDI Logistics at St. Regis Punta Mita

At Meraki Objects, we are passionate about creating experiences that connect luxury hospitality with the richness of Mexican craftsmanship. Last year, we had the pleasure of curating a High-End Mexican Market for the corporate group IDI Logistics at the stunning St. Regis Punta Mita, welcoming 40 guests for an elegant sunset shopping experience by the sea.

Set against the breathtaking Pacific coastline, attendees spent the evening discovering some of Mexico’s most talented designers and artisan brands while enjoying cocktails, ocean views, and meaningful cultural connection.

✨ A Curated Luxury Market

The market featured four carefully curated stations showcasing elevated Mexican fashion, textiles, accessories, and artisan design:

  1. Bags

  2. Blankets & Beach Textiles

  3. Hats

  4. Jewelry

Each station highlighted brands and artisans known for exceptional craftsmanship, high-quality materials, and contemporary Mexican design.

👜 Designer Bags with Mexican Identity

The bag station brought together a beautiful mix of luxury and artisan storytelling. Guests explored pieces from renowned Mexican brands including:

  1. Draco, featuring elevated Otomi-inspired textile designs

  2. Oriana Rodriguez, a leather handbag brand handmade in Mexico using premium raw materials and exceptional craftsmanship

  3. Carolina Crowley, known for sophisticated handcrafted leather bags

  4. Dutzi, created from ecological coffee bags handcrafted by Mayan women artisans

  5. Clutches and small handbags from our sister brand, Eclectic Array

Each piece reflected a blend of modern luxury and authentic artisan tradition.

🧵 Handcrafted Blankets & Beach Essentials

The blanket station featured iconic handmade textiles created in collaboration with Rodrigo Villanueva, an artisan partner we have proudly worked with for more than five years. Guests discovered some of our most recognized pieces, including:

  1. Rhombus Blanket

  2. Calada Blanket

  3. Bicolor Blanket

  4. Striped Beach Blankets handcrafted in Sayulita

These textiles brought warmth, texture, and contemporary Mexican artistry to the experience.

💎 Celebrating Mexican Jewelry Designers

The jewelry station showcased elegant collections from proudly Mexican luxury brands, including:

  1. Xharik

  2. Taller Serra

  3. Cuata

  4. Daré

  5. Debbie de la Cueva

  6. Maya Joyería

Each collection reflected refined craftsmanship and timeless elegance, offering guests unique statement pieces inspired by Mexican artistry.

🎩 Signature Falcon Hats

At the hat station, our signature Falcon Hats became one of the highlights of the evening. Handcrafted in Guerrero from natural palm, these hats featured beautiful macramé hat bands handmade by Pascuala and her group of women artisans in Chiapas.

The combination of timeless design and artisan details made each piece both sophisticated and deeply meaningful.

🌅 An Evening of Connection and Discovery

As the sun set over Punta Mita, guests enjoyed an unforgettable evening of shopping, conversation, and cultural discovery. The relaxed seaside atmosphere allowed attendees to connect not only with the products themselves, but also with the stories, traditions, and artisan communities behind them.

At Meraki Objects, we are incredibly proud to support artisan communities across Mexico while delivering experiences rooted in quality, authenticity, and excellence.

We are grateful to IDI Logistics and St. Regis Punta Mita for allowing us to create this memorable luxury market experience and for continuing to celebrate the beauty of Mexican design and craftsmanship.
