Hats Off to Creativity: Four Seasons Sales Retreat at Casa Tesoro

At Meraki Objects, we design experiences that inspire connection, creativity, and a genuine sense of place. We had the pleasure of partnering with Four Seasons Punta Mita during their Sales Retreat at the spectacular Casa Tesoro, where we curated an engaging Hat Bar experience to open the evening.

From 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., 37 members of the Four Seasons sales team gathered for a program that blended culture, fun, and celebration by the sea. The evening featured a live DJ, a spirited guacamole-making contest, and a sunset dinner overlooking the Pacific, but it all began with a truly memorable moment of personalization.

🎩 The Hat Bar Experience

Each guest was welcomed to select a hat and customize it with handcrafted details, turning a simple accessory into a personal statement. To decorate, we curated a selection of artisan-made options, including:

  1. Handwoven macramé hat bands from Chiapas, made by Pascuala and her team of women artisans.

  2. Crochet and leather hat bands from León, Guanajuato, crafted by multi-generational artisan families.

  3. A variety of ribbons, feathers, and stones, offering endless combinations.

For a finishing touch, each hat could be personalized with the guest’s initials, added on-site with live hand embroidery or iron branding.

🌅 An Evening by the Sea

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of a Punta Mita sunset, the Hat Bar created a relaxed and interactive environment where team members could mingle, sip cocktails, and enjoy the creative process together. The atmosphere was both elegant and playful, perfectly aligned with the spirit of Four Seasons.

The Hat Bar proved to be more than just an activity it became a cultural touchpoint and a lasting keepsake, blending the artistry of Mexican craftsmanship with a luxury hospitality experience.

We are grateful to Four Seasons Punta Mita for trusting Meraki Objects to help bring this memorable retreat to life, and we look forward to continuing to design experiences that celebrate both people and place.
